Saltworks Technologies seeks a first- to third-year Apprentice Plumber or Pipefitter for its Production team. You will support mechanical systems for modular water treatment and lithium production plants. The role develops skills through supervised work, training, drawings, and P&IDs.;
Key Responsibilities:
- Support production of modular water treatment mechanical systems
- Perform plumbing and pipefitting using CPVC and PVC
- Read construction drawings and Process and Instrumentation Diagrams
- Mount mechanical components, including pumps, with precise alignment
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and strong housekeeping standards
Requirements:
- Registered first- to third-year Plumbing or Pipefitting Apprentice
- Experience with CPVC and PVC piping
- Experience using hand tools and power tools
- Safe work practices and excellent housekeeping skills
- Robust teamwork, problem-solving, organization, and attention to detail
Develop plumbing, pipefitting, drawing interpretation, and mechanical mounting skills while supporting Saltworks Technologies production in Richmond.
