Deliver CLBPA training across Ontario using robust presentation and coaching skills for language assessors in remote and in-person processes.
The Regional Trainer supports certification, recalibration, and ongoing CLBPA support for language assessors. You will lead training for Streamlined CLBPA and CLBPA RWA while applying Canadian Language Benchmarks. The work includes adult learning, feedback, reporting, and training evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead online Streamlined CLBPA and CLBPA RWA training
- Coach trainees and provide constructive feedback
- Deliver Speaking and Writing recalibration sessions
- Prepare materials, exemplars, and presentation decks
- Complete reports with recommendations after sessions
Requirements:
- Base location in Ontario
- Completed CLBPA Initial and Final Certification
- Three years assessing adults using CLBA or CLBPT
- Two years conducting CLBPA Training
- Recognized TESL Ontario or TESL Canada accreditation
