About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team. In this role, you will support product assembly, packaging, firmware updates, inventory activities, and shipping/receiving functions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, follows instructions well, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. ###

Key Responsibilities
* Pick materials and components using work orders
* Assemble thermostats and related products using basic hand tools
* Perform firmware updates on products using a computer
* Conduct light product rework and repackaging activities
* Package finished products and prepare orders for shipment
* Apply labels and verify product accuracy
* Assist with inventory counts and material handling activities
* Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments as required
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment




* Support other production and warehouse activities as needed ### Qualifications
* Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, packaging, or production environments is an asset
* Comfortable using basic hand tools such as screwdrivers
* Basic computer skills
* Ability to follow work instructions and processes
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Reliable attendance and punctuality
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team ### Physical Requirements
* Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally
* Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the day ###
