Your role will involve non-sterile and hazardous sterile compounding, checking medications, and mentoring Pharmacy Assistants. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and perform non-sterile compounding
• Conduct final checks of medications
• Manage medication inventory and procurement




• Mentor and train Pharmacy Assistants and current staff
• Follow operational and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Graduate of a recognized Pharmacy Technician program
• Active registration with Alberta College of Pharmacists
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred
• Ability to handle hazardous medications with PPE
