Position DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to fill the role of Customer Experience Representative.



The Customer Experience Representative will be responsible for delivering best-in-class service to all our customers both internally and externally. A successful candidate will have intellectual curiosity, organization, enthusiasm, a team-player mentality, and a drive to win.
What You Will DoProvide support and build solid relationships with our customers and sales teamPerform accurate on-time order entry with 24 hours turnaround timeOwn your order. Make sure it is exact in terms of products and prices.
Inform customers by e-mail of order information, such as order number, unit prices, inventory level, shipping dates, and any anticipated delays.
Support Customer Service E-Mail and phones with order inquiries (ETA/tracking), price and availability, basic product informationCollaborate on cross functional tasks whenever requiredWhat You Will BringProficiency in written and oral French and EnglishMinimum 1 year of experience in a Customer Service roleUndergraduate degree or college diplomaGood working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExperience with Genesys, Cloud and Oracle is an assetWhat You Will Benefit FromExtensive health benefits, including vision and dental careRetirement Savings Plan with Employer Matching ContributionsCompetitive Base Salary
