The YMCA of Simcoe/Muskoka is seeking passionate individuals to support child care services casually across Bradford, Innisfil, and Lefroy. You will ensure safety, provide personal care, and implement play-based learning in alignment with the YMCA Curriculum. An essential aspect of this role is maintaining ongoing communication with families, staff, and volunteers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care and first aid to children
• Engage with children ensuring constant supervision
• Plan play-based learning activities following YMCA standards




• Maintain communication with families and staff
• Support children with exceptional needs and behaviors
Requirements:
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Current First Aid/CPR certification or complete within 90 days
• Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check required
• Up-to-date immunizations as per health guidelines
• Versatile availability for shifts between 6:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
