Kepler Communications is seeking a People & Culture Intern to join our Toronto team for a full-time internship starting January 2027. You will work on HRIS implementation and daily HR operations, gaining exposure to culture programs, onboarding, and employee engagement in a quick-growing startup.

The role requires pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR or a related field, strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
