Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor tenant accounts and solicit repayment commitments
• Advise tenants on payment options and assist with trustee accounts




• Provide updates to the Client Service Manager on account status
• Attend Residential Tenancy hearings representing NSPHA
• Prepare documentation for Residential Tenancies Program and Small Claims Court
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Commerce or Business Administration
• Five years' collections experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of Residential Tenancies and Small Claims Court
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
