You will
- Review monthly financial packages of allocated properties
- Review year end CAM/Tax reconciliation
- Work with auditors on year end audit or review engagements
- Review financials report for partners
- Supervise,
coach and mentor accountants while working cross functionally with property management, asset management, leasing, and finance
CASH MANAGEMENT
- Review monthly/quarterly cash position of properties to ensure accurate reflection of forecasts
- Review distributions and funding requests prepared by accountant
