As a Leader in Training at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment, you will gain valuable experiences with hands-on support for summer programs at MLSE LaunchPad. This role prioritizes youth engagement in sports, emphasizing collaboration and preparation for each session. Your unique perspective will enrich our community work and enhance the experience for local youth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and organize engaging MLSE LaunchPad summer programs
• Ensure age-appropriate and enjoyable activities
• Make a positive impact through coaching and facilitating
• Prepare and follow lesson plans for smooth program execution
• Communicate effectively with MLSE LaunchPad staff
Requirements:
• Age 15-17 with parental consent if under 18
• Enrolled in high school or planning post-secondary education
• Passion for working with youth in sports
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude
