As a Casual Server at Sienna, you will work varied shifts to provide exceptional dining experiences for residents. This position requires teamwork, hospitality skills, and a commitment to resident well-being, ensuring cleanliness and safety in all service aspects. You will assist in meal preparation and maintain a warm atmosphere conducive to building lasting relationships with residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide hospitality dining service utilizing the Ready, Set, Serve Program
• Assist in preparing and presenting meals under the Chef's direction




• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for food service
• Promote wine and à la carte service in line with guidelines
• Attend emergency preparedness training sessions
Requirements:
• Smart Serve or Serve It Right designation required
• Minimum one year of dining room service experience
• Preferably hold Protected Food Handling Certification
• Proven customer service skills working with seniors
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
