In-home caregiver – private home – MO+LZ… family

- NOC Job Code/Title: 44101 - Family Caregiver

Terms of employment: This job is for a full-time position, between 30 and 40 hours per week. Versatile / Split shift work schedule is required. Weekend work may be required. Job starts as soon as possible.

Language requirement: English or French.

Salary: Wage offered is between $19 and $23 per hour.

Location: MO+LZ… lives in Côte St-Luc, Quebec. The home is situated in a residential neighbourhood; school and parks are nearby. The city bus is easily accessible and is close by (#161, #162). The major intersection is Kildare rd. and Av Westminster.

Duties may include:

- 1- This job is to help with the care of a young child suffering from a severe medical condition.
- 2- Help with the care and supervision of the children, especially when parents are not home.




- 3- Help with daily routine including personal hygiene, dressing and medications
- 4- Organize age-appropriate games, story times, and other activities when the child is feeling well enough
- 5- Plan, prepare and serve meals. Kitchen clean-up is also required
- 6- General housework that will include doing laundry.
- 7- Dusting rooms to ensure a clean environment

Qualifications:

- 1- Must have completed at minimum Canadian equivalent of secondary school education
- 2- Must have at least one year of work-related experience as a caregiver or equivalent training
- 3- Must be dependable, hardworking, independent, and able to manage the job without supervision
