Our client is expanding its Alberta operations and seeking a detail-oriented Mechanical Design Technologist. In this position, you will work closely with engineers, vendors, and fabrication teams to create high-quality drawings. SolidWorks and AutoCAD proficiency is essential for tasks involving fabrication, installation, and documentation support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create 2D and 3D engineering drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
• Develop assembly and installation drawings for industrial projects
• Maintain up-to-date Bills of Materials (BOMs) and technical documentation




• Support procurement with accurate drawings and specifications
• Collaborate effectively with engineers and fabrication shops
Requirements:
• Diploma/degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or related field
• 2+ years of experience in industrial environments
