Canna Cabana, part of High Tide Inc., is on the lookout for knowledgeable and dedicated Shift Leaders. With at least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in cannabis, you'll supervise staff, resolve customer issues, and ensure operational standards are met. This part-time, permanent position is essential for the productive running of our store in Collingwood, Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist management in supervising daily store operations
• Oversee Store Manager responsibilities in their absence




• Provide guidance and direction to staff as needed
• Handle customer service issues promptly and effectively
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and company policies
Requirements:
• Must have valid CannSell license to work
• Police Background Check completion required
• 2+ years of retail experience preferred
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Strong customer service and troubleshooting abilities
