Reporting to the Tooling & Maintenance Supervisor, you will ensure the continuous operation of machinery and respond to breakdowns during the afternoon shift. Key responsibilities include electrical and mechanical fault finding, developing maintenance strategies, and supporting production activities. This role requires a thorough understanding of various systems, including hydraulic and PLC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct timely preventive maintenance tasks
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
• Update machinery records using CMMS
• Install plant equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and secure production environment
Requirements:
• Industrial Millwright Mechanic - 443A certification
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Proficiency in PLC systems such as OMRON and Siemens
• Previous experience in a food packaging environment
• Computer literacy and familiarity with machinery
