As an Experience Creator at Fairgrounds, you'll engage with guests and ensure they have a top-notch club experience. Work closely with the Site Manager to maintain daily operations and shape the community. Your enthusiasm for pickleball will shine as you facilitate programming and assist members with equipment and inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service in the pro shop
• Assist members with check-ins and inquiries
• Lead basic Pickleball programming sessions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility
• Process sales and handle transactions efficiently
Requirements:
• Previous customer service experience required
• Basic knowledge of racket sports, especially Pickleball
• Solid verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
