This temporary role involves providing technical assistance to staff, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining essential systems. You will work under the guidance of the IT Manager and collaborate with the Systems and Performance Management Team to deliver an efficient tech workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues
• Diagnose and resolve IT requests and system problems
• Document issues and ensure effective resolutions
• Configure applications, hardware, and network systems
• Assist with SharePoint and intranet maintenance
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in IT or related field
• Experience supporting computer systems in a workplace
• Familiarity with Microsoft environments like Azure and Active Directory
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Valid Driver's Licence for travel across Northwestern Ontario
