- Previous customer service or retail experience (an asset)

- Good physical fitness to lift and move merchandise




- Basic computer skills to use point-of-sale and inventory management systems
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Tasks

I’m telling you, your days will fly by

- Welcome customers and answer their questions
- Help customers find the products they need
- Handle customer complaints and product returns professionally
- Receive and verify merchandise deliveries
- Stock and organize products on shelves
- Perform inventory checks and report missing or damaged products
- Keep the store clean and organized
- Set up promotions and product displays
- Ensure aisles are clear and secure
