This casual role requires you to engage with up to 15 children, ensuring their safety and well-being. You will implement play-based learning through the YMCA Curriculum and maintain positive communication with families and staff. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care including toileting and first aid
• Monitor safety and supervision of children in groups
• Plan and implement engaging play-based learning
• Communicate positively with families and staff
• Support children with exceptional behaviors and needs
Requirements:
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check
• Availability for minimum of two shifts per week
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
