Mark's is seeking a motivated Seasonal eCommerce Associate to help connect our products to customers. Your role involves timely order fulfillment, following quality standards, and maintaining stock areas to Mark’s expectations. Strong communication skills and a high-energy attitude will keep you successful in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fulfill customer online orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain organized stockroom and shipping areas
• Follow all loss prevention and shipping guidelines
• Assist customers with inquiries and support
• Review DOM reports with store management
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs safely
• Stand for long periods during shifts
• High energy with a drive to succeed
• 3 to 6 months retail experience preferred
