BGC Okanagan in West Kelowna is seeking a part-time Youth Worker to help create a safe, welcoming setting where youth feel supported, connected, and empowered. You’ll assist with basic needs, build positive relationships, and lead engaging activities.
This role involves developing and evaluating programs for youth, supervising to ensure safety, and coordinating support services. Hours are 30 per week, Monday to Friday, 2pm to 8pm, at the Westside Youth Centre.
