The Opportunity We're looking for a driven Sales Account Manager to lead business growth across North America. You'll develop new accounts, nurture key relationships, and represent the company at industry events and trade shows. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets. Identify, approach, and close new clients in the energy and industrial sectors.



Manage ongoing client relationships with exceptional service and responsiveness. Collaborate with leadership to design and implement commercial strategies. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify current opportunities. Qualifications 3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally within the electrical equipment or power industry . Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline. Understanding of transformer, substation, or power distribution systems is an asset. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Able to travel across North America as needed. Competitive base salary performance-based commission. Growth-oriented environment with direct exposure to senior leadership.
