MontrealWe are seeking a Notary to join our Banking and Finance Group. You will work closely with lawyers and clients to support financing and real estate transactions, managing files from preparation to closing.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review notarial deeds, hypothecs, releases, servitudes, and other security documents.
- Coordinate and manage real estate and financing closings.
- Ensure compliance with lender and borrower requirements.

Qualifications:
- Licensed Notary in Québec, member of the Chambre des notaires du Québec
- 1-5 years' experience
- Robust knowledge of Québec real estate law and title examination
- Experience with Land Register systems, Notarius, Consigno, and Microsoft Office (Para-Maître an asset)
