Lead Soho House food and beverage service as a Floor Manager, developing teams and maintaining elevated standards for members and guests. This fixed term maternity cover contract requires flexible scheduling.

You will manage daily floor operations alongside the General Manager and management team. The role combines service leadership, staff training, recruitment support, and operational planning. You will help create approachable experiences while applying Soho House standards consistently across every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage floor teams during efficient food and beverage service
- Develop systems that enhance member, guest, and staff experiences
- Train staff on service standards, roles, and core values




- Create rotas and manage labour costs and overtime
- Oversee daily tasks, compliance, safety, and professionalism

Requirements:

- Minimum two years’ experience in a similar capacity
- Hospitality and customer service focus with an approachable manner
- Calm problem solving in rapid-paced, high-volume environments
- Competency demonstrated through training schedule and Club School
- Availability for flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
