As a Service Advisor, you will promote BCAA memberships, travel insurance, ICBC, and optional auto insurance. You will collaborate with Support Teams and Underwriting to recommend suitable coverage. This customer-facing position supports progression toward becoming an Insurance Advisor through training, licensing, and product knowledge development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers in person and over the phone
- Promote memberships, travel insurance, and auto insurance
- Collaborate with Support Teams and Underwriting
- Identify cost-saving opportunities for customers
- Work toward sales goals through exceptional service

Requirements:

- At least two years in sales and service
- Level 1 Insurance license or commitment within 45 days
- Autoplan Essentials or commitment within three months
- Limited Errors & Omissions history and positive standing
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
