Bethany Care Society seeks a Health Care Aide for Aspen Ridge Lodge and Designated Assisted Living. This permanent, part-time position works day shifts in Care Services. You will follow resident care plans, document observations, and support holistic well-being across physical, psychological, spiritual, social, and emotional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Promote resident choices, dignity, privacy, and independence
- Document and report care observations to nursing staff
- Follow safety, emergency, and occupational health procedures




- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members on care needs

Requirements:

- Grade 10 education and approved Health Care Aide certificate
- Registration with the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta
- Effective English communication, reading, and writing skills
- Solid observation, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in physically and mentally demanding conditions
