DutiesandResponsibilities:

PrimaryResponsibilities:

- WorkscloselywithPurchasing,AccountsPayableandKitchenandotheroperationsdepartmentstoreceive,inspectputawayandrotateproductsandcompletepaperworkdailyusingcomputerizedsystem
- Inspectsthequalityoftheshipment.IfitisnottospecificationsarrangestohavetheshipmentinspectedbytheManagerorSupervisor
- Maintainsaback-orderfileandfollowsuponsuppliesnotyetreceived
- Printspurchaseordersfordailyarrivals
- Maintainsandcleansstorageareas
- HavingathoroughknowledgeofLaisHotelProperties’productsandservices
- Allotherdutiesasassigned

ProfessionalRequirements:

- Grade12orequivalentexperience
- 3-5years’experienceinawarehouseorsimilarenvironmentispreferred
- Goodcomputerskills
- Healthandsafetytrainingrequired
