As a Preconstruction Specialist, you will support activities from bid decisions through award and handover. Apply engineering principles, construction methodologies, project execution knowledge, and procurement processes. Work across Business Development, Engineering, Estimating, Procurement, Operations, Safety, Quality, and Project Management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review requirements, drawings, studies, specifications, and solicitation documents
- Develop conceptual designs, execution approaches, and technical assumptions
- Complete quantity takeoffs and bills of material
- Identify technical, commercial, schedule, and execution risks
- Prepare proposal narratives,



methodologies, and execution strategies

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management
- Electrical engineering technology diploma may receive consideration
- Experience supporting preconstruction, estimating, procurement, or project delivery
- Ability to interpret drawings, contracts, and technical documentation
- Robust analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Support technically sound bids and project handovers with conceptual engineering, risk assessment, procurement, and proposal development expertise.
