As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will manage monthly and bi-weekly payrolls across multiple provinces and pay groups. The position combines full-cycle payroll, legislative compliance, financial reporting, and system integration. You will also support union requirements, audits, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process employee, retiree, pensioner, and affiliate payrolls
- Execute off-cycle payroll runs for bonuses and corrections
- Reconcile payroll results, general ledger accounts, and financial transactions
- Support SAP and UKG changes through testing and implementation




- Prepare payroll reports, remittances, and government submissions

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
