Paterson Grain is seeking a hands-on Facility Manager for our Grenfell, SK location. You will oversee all facility operations, from grain procurement and storage to shipments, grading, blending and related paperwork.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll lead a team, manage budgets, drive safety, and maintain robust relationships with farmers and customers. The role requires leadership, 2–3 years in grain or related industries, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
