Lead employee relations and Workday processes as a Temporary HR Generalist supporting an Edmonton logistics workforce onsite. Manage HR needs during a leave.
This three-month contract starts ASAP and runs 40 hours weekly. You will support approximately 300 employees within a broader 3,000-plus employee organization. The position centers on investigations, manager coaching, internal mobility, employee data, and HR case management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead employee relations investigations, documentation, and follow-ups
- Coach managers across multiple sites
- Support transfers, promotions, and department changes
- Execute Workday transactions and employee data management
- Build and manage HR cases with the team
Requirements:
- Five-plus years of HR Generalist, Advisor, or HRBP experience
- Knowledge of Workday is an asset
- Proven investigation and employee relations ability
- Autonomous, organized, and proactive working style
- Comfort working in an evolving workplace
