What is it?

A Parts Manager is responsible for, butnot limited to, managing, and building the team, maintaining the focus andattainment of the operations results, forecasting, and preparing financialreports. Effectively they are catalysts to communication within their teams,the dealership and group, while serving as the main contact with brand/factoryrepresentatives. They are also responsible for the control of costs within thefixed operation departments, promotion of and development of incentives andmarketing plans, and departmental logistics.

A Parts Manager joining our teamwill oversee all aspects of the Parts Department; analyzing reports,ensuring that customer satisfaction targets are met, and coaching the teams inService to maintain a first-class customer experience. Your crucial leadershipqualities assist in achieving individual and collective goals. The overallobjective is that of setting and maintaining a high service standard forcustomers, and further enhancing the relationship with the customer.

Service teams work 5 shifts a week from Monday toFriday with the possibility for an evening or late shift as business requires.

What do I need?





- Post Secondary Diploma or Trade School Certificatein Automotive Studies, or relevant studies
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ideally two (2) years minimum as a Parts Manager;Automotive dealership experience preferred
