Sell pre-owned vehicles at AutoPlanet Durham using customer service, product knowledge, and persuasive negotiation skills. This is a full time permanent position.
As a Sales Consultant with AutoPlanet Durham and Performance Auto Group, you will support customers throughout their vehicle purchases. You will learn manufacturer-specific vehicles, rebates, financing, and incentive programs. The position includes customer communication, quotes, delivery updates, documentation, and OMVIC compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service while understanding customer needs
- Maintain product and incentive program knowledge
- Answer vehicle sales inquiries by phone
- Prepare competitive and reasonable customer quotes
- Coordinate delivery updates and pickup notifications
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Required OMVIC Certification
- Dealer CRM system experience
- Valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record
- Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills
