As a technician, you will provide essential field service and technical support, focusing on polymer flocculants, coagulants, and dosing systems. You will commission and troubleshoot Sterling’s treatment programs to assure top performance and reliability across customer sites. Collaborating with operations teams, you'll deliver in office training and maintain detailed documentation for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide expert field service for chemical treatment programs
• Optimize and troubleshoot dosing systems and treatment applications
• Conduct service visits and diagnostics for timely interventions




• Prepare comprehensive post-service reports for stakeholders

Requirements:
• High school diploma; preferred Technical Diploma in related fields
• Valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license with a clean record
• Proven knowledge of flocculants and chemical treatment programs
• Strong analytical skills for diagnosing chemical treatment issues
