We’re looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead technology operations across Canada, the UK, and Europe.

What this role covers:

- IT Operations & Infrastructure
- Cybersecurity, Risk & Compliance (Quebec Law 25 & GDPR)
- Azure & Microsoft 365
- Dynamics 365 / Business Central
- IT Vendors & Technology Partners
- Digital Transformation & Process Improvement
- Team Leadership & Development
- IT Budgeting & Procurement

What we’re looking for:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
- 10+ years of IT operations or management experience
- Strong experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 & Business Central
- Multi-country / multi-entity experiencei>
- Solid cybersecurity and compliance knowledge
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft certifications are an asset

Profil recherché :

- Baccalauréat en TI, informatique ou domaine connexe
- 10 ans et plus d’expérience en opérations ou gestion des TI
- Solide expertise en Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 & Business Central
- Expérience dans des organisations multi-pays / multi-entités
- Solides connaissances en cybersécurité et conformité
- Excellentes aptitudes en leadership, communication et résolution de problèmes
- Les certifications Microsoft sont un atout
