As Release Manager, you will plan, govern, and oversee production, maintenance, hotfix, emergency, and software currency releases. Scotiabank relies on this role to coordinate Engineering, Operations, Architecture, Quality Assurance, Project Delivery, Application Support, Change Management, and vendors. The work supports safe delivery across Identity and Access Management platforms and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain the integrated release calendar across IAM platforms
- Facilitate readiness reviews and Go/No-Go decision meetings
- Coordinate deployments across technology teams and vendors
- Validate change records, testing evidence, approvals, and rollback procedures




- Report release status, risks, outcomes, and dependencies transparently

Requirements:

- Five or more years in release, change, delivery, DevOps, or IT operations
- Experience coordinating complex releases across teams, platforms, applications, or vendors
- Enterprise production experience with regulated change controls
- Working knowledge of Jira, Agile, SDLC, DevOps, ITIL, and CI/CD
- Strong facilitation, planning, risk assessment, and written communication skills
