- Diagnose and restore automation, controls, electrical, mechanical, and communication systems by analyzing alarms, trend data, graphics, operating sequences, wiring, field devices, VFDs, and PLCs.
- Develop, modify, configure, and commission control logic, sequences, schedules, setpoints, alarms, graphics, DDC controllers, BACnet communications, field-bus networks, and integration points.
- Optimize pumps, motors, compressors, valves, fans, air handling units, and VFDs through control verification, tuning, calibration, functional testing, and performance analysis.
- Install and modify controls infrastructure, including conduit, cable tray, panels, enclosures, junction boxes, low- and line-voltage wiring, controllers, sensors, actuators,
and network devices.
- Complete commissioning activities for upgrades, retrofits, and current installations, including point mapping, loop checks, point-to-point verification, startup, and functional performance testing.
- Maintain BAS databases, graphics libraries, technical drawings, point lists, red-line markups, commissioning records, Maximo work records, and other system documentation.
- Provide controls expertise during operational issues and projects, participate in rotating standby and after-hours response, and apply required safe-work procedures.
