Lead donor relationships and major gift fundraising at the Lawrence Bloomberg Faculty of Nursing in downtown Toronto. This full time term role emphasizes strategic advancement.

As Senior Development Officer, you will support Annual and Leadership Giving, Major Gift, and Gift Planning initiatives. Working under the Director of Advancement, you will collaborate across the Faculty and University Advancement. Your work will strengthen donor engagement and the Faculty’s donor pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess needs and develop prospect cultivation and solicitation plans
- Meet donors to discuss giving interests and opportunities
- Recommend steps toward major financial commitments
- Develop tailored fundraising and communications initiatives
- Write briefing notes,



solicitation plans, and call reports

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience
- Minimum five years in a non-profit development office
- Manage donor portfolios through identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship
- Demonstrated success bringing prospects toward financial commitments
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and donor databases
