ADAPT (Halton Alcohol Drug and Gambling Assessment Prevention and Treatment Services) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive primary care and addiction medicine across community settings in Halton region, including Oakville, Burlington, Milton and Georgetown.

You will work in collaboration with inter-qualified teams to provide harm reduction, treatment planning, and wrap-around services for individuals with substance use and mental health concerns.
