Key Responsibilities
• Lead DMAIC and PDCA structured methodologies for projects
• Analyze current-state processes through workshops and mapping
• Collect and analyze operation data to establish baselines




• Develop process improvement solutions aligned with business needs
• Partner with stakeholders for change management activities

Requirements:
• Three years of experience in continuous improvement methods
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
• Proficient in data visualization and reporting tools
• Solid project management and business analysis skills
