As Business Consultant, you will support Health and Dental Claims, Plan Design Services, and Plan Member Administration. You will connect operational performance, portfolio governance, risk management, and leadership reporting. The work includes aligning priorities, advancing initiatives, and creating accountability for measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor turnaround time, quality, productivity, aging, volumes, and service levels
- Build scorecards highlighting trends, risks, gaps, and required actions
- Lead monthly business reviews and operational updates
- Maintain roadmaps across transformation, technology, audit,



and improvement initiatives
- Coordinate audit readiness and track corrective actions through closure

Requirements:

- Seven or more years in operations, consulting, strategy, transformation, or governance
- Experience advising senior leaders on complex cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to analyze operational data, trends, risks, and business impacts
- Experience building KPIs, dashboards, and decision-ready executive materials
- Advanced PowerPoint and business storytelling skills
