Responsibilities:
• Audit existing CreditLens user guides and analyze usage metrics for gap assessment
• Author, update, and standardize user guides, technical manuals, and release notes
• Translate complex technical system specifications into easy-to-read documentation
• Maintain standardized, audit-ready documentation in shared repositoriesTechnical Writer

• Experience in software user guide creation and workflow mapping
