Reporting to the Manager, College Events, you will coordinate planning, implementation, delivery, and wrap-up for assigned events. Your work will include student recruitment tradeshows, campus tours, workshops, and prospective student programming. You will maintain event records while coordinating timelines, budgets, registration, vendors, communications, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate recurring, seasonal, multi-day, and customized College events
- Develop event plans, critical paths, schedules, and run-of-show documents
- Arrange venues, catering, parking, security, permits, and audiovisual requirements
- Monitor day-of delivery, resolve issues, and escalate significant concerns




- Coordinate accessibility accommodations, registration processes, and event communications

Requirements:

- Three-year diploma or equivalent in event management or related discipline
- Three years coordinating large-scale, multi-stakeholder, multi-day events
- Experience preparing budgets, guest lists, vendor arrangements, and summaries
- Solid organization, communication, client service, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and event tracking systems
