Certified Electricians maintain PLC-controlled equipment and plant systems full time at Springbrook Flour Mill in Springbrook, Alberta. Electrical troubleshooting supports protected, efficient production.

This permanent Certified Electrician position serves P&H; Milling, Canada’s largest Canadian-owned milling company. You will repair plant electrical and mechanical equipment while addressing pneumatic, hydraulic, electromechanical, and rotating systems. The work includes preventive maintenance, inspections, documentation, and compliance with food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment
- Troubleshoot, repair, test, and calibrate operational equipment
- Maintain PLC-controlled electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems




- Complete inspections, building maintenance, and corrective recommendations
- Record maintenance activities using maintenance management software

Requirements:

- Certified Journeyman Electrician qualification
- Red Seal certification considered an asset
- Minimum one year electrical experience, preferably industrial manufacturing
- Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and troubleshooting
- Flexibility for after-hours and weekend on-call rotations
