The GTM Unit Manager supervises ground transportation and LTL operations while leading unionized Class 1 Drivers. This permanent position covers 37.5 hours weekly and manages Sunday-through-Thursday overnight schedules. You will pursue operational scorecard objectives, apply standards, and strengthen performance through coaching and reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage LTL pickup and delivery operations
- Supervise ground transportation activities and unionized drivers
- Lead employee performance reviews, coaching, and counseling
- Communicate and implement policies,



procedures, and programs
- Complete required operational reports and documents

Requirements:

- College diploma or equivalent
- Two years’ transportation, logistics, or LTL operational experience
- Strong knowledge of industry methods, policies, and procedures
- Employee management and coaching experience
- Microsoft applications and time management systems knowledge
