- – Operate the pizza oven and cook pizzas to Red Rock Pizza’s quality standards.
- – Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure pizzas are cooked properly and consistently.
- – Keep up with orders during busy dinner rushes while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- – Communicate with the pizza-building station and front of house staff to keep orders moving.
- – Monitor tickets and prioritize orders efficiently.
- – Check finished pizzas for quality before they are sent out.
- – Assist with food preparation and other kitchen duties as needed.
- – Keep the oven area, kitchen equipment and work surfaces clean and organized.
- – Follow food safety, sanitation and workplace safety procedures.
- – Assist with closing duties and cleaning at the end of each shift.
