This permanent, full time Restaurant Operations Manager position requires three to less than five years of experience. You will oversee restaurant performance, staffing, kitchen workflow, guest service, inventory, and compliance. The role reports to the Regional Manager and supports both front-of-house and back-of-house managers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations and report restaurant performance
- Recruit, train, coach, evaluate, and discipline employees
- Create schedules and control staffing and labour costs
- Manage kitchen workflow, food quality, safety, and inventory
- Resolve complaints and authorize appropriate service recovery solutions

Requirements:

- Three to less than five years of experience
- College, CEGEP, or equivalent experience
- Food Handlers Certificate and Smart Serve
- English language proficiency
- Flexibility for early, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
