What You’ll Need
- Five or more years of experience in a milling environment
- Experience operating mill circuits (Grinding, Leaching, Reagents, CND, Tailings, Crushing, Elution, Control Room)
- Knowledge of DeltaV or comparable process control systems
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with computers and computer-based operating equipment
- Ability to work safely and effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to take on different tasks and responsibilities
- Willingness and ability to share knowledge and experience with others
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable personal transportation
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating day and night shifts on a 14-days-on/14-days-off schedule
