Bethany Care Society seeks a Health Care Aide for Aspen Ridge Lodge and Designated Assisted Living. This permanent, part time position works day shifts in Care Services. You will follow resident care plans, document observations, and support holistic well-being across physical, psychological, spiritual, social, and emotional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Promote resident choices, dignity, privacy, and independence
- Document and report care observations to nursing staff
- Follow safety, emergency, and occupational health procedures




- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members on care needs

Requirements:

- Grade 10 education and approved Health Care Aide certificate
- Registration with the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta
- Effective English communication, reading, and writing skills
- Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in physically and mentally demanding conditions
