Shape communications and partnerships for Springboard’s Community Learning HUB in a hybrid Toronto role requiring outreach and content creation.
The Communications and Special Projects Coordinator supports HUB operations and partner maintenance. You will create newsletters, website updates, and social media content while engaging facilitators and community organizations. The role also supports training coordination, onboarding resources, CRM data integrity, engagement analysis, and administrative work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to facilitators and community organizations
- Create and distribute newsletter, website, and social media content
- Coordinate training sessions and onboarding communications
- Maintain CRM, newsletter, and survey data
- Support scheduling, reports, and administrative functions
Requirements:
- Diploma in social sciences, child and youth care, social work, or related field
- Minimum two years of related work experience
- Experience creating marketing and communications content
- Experience in outreach, partnerships, or educational facilitation
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database applications
